Alesya · how I got here

For years I was sure my job was to bring in as many leads as possible — the cheaper the lead, the better I'd done. Then I saw the same pattern across very different clients: the leads came in, but the money didn't.

One client had nearly 200 enquiries and three sales. Not because the leads were bad — they were answered two hours late, with no interest, from a template. That's when a simple truth hit me, and I've built everything around it since:

Leads of any quality are wasted money if the follow-up is bad.

What's behind us

Not "industry-average" numbers from a deck. Behind each one is a specific client: what they spent and what they earned.

Alesya · what I believe

I don't believe in pretty reports. I believe in conversations from people who have already made up their minds.

On one project the best enquiries came not from people who tapped an ad by accident, but from people who looked us up, saw the work and reached out first. They already wanted to buy. The job was not to get in their way.

The best buyers are the ones who did their homework and already decided.

So we don't chase cheap leads for a nice line in a report. Our job is to get people with money and intent reaching out — and then make sure they aren't lost on the very first reply.
